Although the legal entity Hoang LLC was founded in December 2025, our core members each have 5+ years of hands-on experience at Japanese companies and have contributed to multiple projects under a Japan–Vietnam cross-border model.

Real-time Data Lake platform for a major telecom carrier

Building a real-time Data Lake platform handling data for ~90 million users at a major Japanese telecom carrier. As part of the SRE team, our engineer implemented the Data Lake module infrastructure — turning the architecture team’s design into Terraform IaC, automating CI/CD, and provisioning AWS resources.

AI Agent for an e-commerce admin system

Developing an AI Agent that lets admins operate an e-commerce management app through natural language. As core members including the Team Lead, we led the overall agent design, backend implementation, tool design, self-hosted LLM integration, and AWS setup.

A greenfield platform that lets restaurants, corporate sites, and shop owners build their own AI Agents from a web UI. As core members including the Team Lead, we led the initial design, tech selection, MVP development, and feature expansion.

3-year digital transformation for a produce wholesaler

A DX project for a company wholesaling fresh produce to major supermarkets and restaurants. Working in a Japan–Vietnam cross-border setup, our team handled business analysis, requirements, design, implementation, and operations full-stack over three years — with regular reports to the CEO and ongoing bridge coordination with the Vietnam office.

Backend development for a large-scale e-commerce site selling anime goods. As part of the backend team, our member implemented month-end batch processing, notification features, and the authentication foundation.
